La Gerencia Regional de Arequipa (GERSA) lanzó dos concursos públicos de contratación de personal ofertando 56 puestos de trabajo para médicos, odontólogos, enfermeras, técnicos y profesionales de otras areas.

El contrato de trabajo en la modalidad CAS tendrá una duración de 11 meses. Las plazas pertenecen a la red de Salud Islay. De allí que los ganadores del concurso trabajaran en los Centros de Salud de Cocachacra, La Curva, Alto Inclan y la Punta. Además, se ofertan dos plazas para la sede del GERSA en la ciudad de Arequipa.

Para postular los profesionales interesados deberán tener en cuenta los plazos que difieren según la convocatoria. El concurso CAS N° 005-2024-GERSA precisa que los postulantes debe presentar sus documentos los días 25 y 26 de diciembre.

La convocatoria del CAS N° 006-2024-GERSA menciona que el plazo de postulación son los días 27 y 28 de noviembre. En ambos casos los interesados deben presentar su expediente de postulación en mesa de parte del GERSA en avenida de la Salud S/N, distrito Arequipa (cercado).

Requisitos mínimos para postular

Para participar del los concursos públicos y acceder a los puestos de trabajo los interesados deben considerar dos tipos de requisitos. Primero están los perfiles académicos que debe tener los profesionales según el cargo al que postulan. Les dejamos en los siguientes enlaces los perfiles profesionales tener en cuenta.

Entre los requisitos generales esta tener ejercicio pleno de sus derechos civiles, no tener condena por un delito doloso con sentencia firma, no estar inhabilitado administrativa ni judicialmente, no estar inscrito en el Registro de Deudores de Reparaciones Civiles y ser peruano de nacimiento.

Para determinar al personal asistencial que se adjudique las plazas un comité propuesto por la Gerencia Regional de Salud evaluará en un primer termino un evaluación curricular. Los postulantes que superen esta etapa tendrán una entrevista persona, que es la segunda fase del proceso de selección.
